Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

  1. Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal, which is 14 days for the purchase of products.
  2. Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur.
  3. Day: calendar day.
  4. Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products or services where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.
  5. Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
  6. Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to withdraw from the agreement within the cooling-off period.
  7. Model form: the form made available by the entrepreneur for withdrawal, which the consumer can complete to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  8. Entrepreneur: Tanning Glamour, the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
  9. Distance contract: an agreement concluded within an organized system for distance selling of products and/or services, using one or more techniques for distance communication.
  10. Distance communication technique: a means used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same place at the same time.
  11. Terms and Conditions: the present Terms and Conditions of Tanning Glamour.

Article 3 - Applicability

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers of Tanning Glamour and to every agreement concluded via the website of Tanning Glamour, including the sale of products and/or services.
  2. The consumer can easily access these Terms and Conditions on the website of Tanning Glamour and they are also provided prior to concluding an agreement.
  3. The entrepreneur may amend these Terms and Conditions. The consumer will be informed in a timely manner.
  4. If specific conditions apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions for certain products or services, these will apply additionally. In case of conflict, the most favorable terms for the consumer shall prevail.

Article 4 - The Offer

  1. The offer on the website of Tanning Glamour is non-binding. The entrepreneur is entitled to modify and adjust the offer.
  2. The offer contains an accurate description of the products available in the entrepreneur’s physical stock.
  3. The offer includes clear information about prices, shipping costs, availability, delivery times, and other relevant conditions.
  4. All images, specifications, and data in the offer are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
  5. The offer is valid while stocks last and prices are subject to typographical errors or price changes.

Article 5 - The Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer of Tanning Glamour, completes payment, and the entrepreneur confirms the order.
  2. The entrepreneur confirms the agreement via email, including an order confirmation and expected delivery time.
  3. The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse an order or impose additional conditions if there are doubts about payment.
  4. If an ordered product is out of stock, the consumer will be informed immediately and may cancel the order or choose an alternative product.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.
  2. The consumer must return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation where reasonably possible.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send the model withdrawal form or another written statement to the entrepreneur.
  4. The entrepreneur will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product, provided it is returned in good condition.

Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal

  1. The costs of return shipping are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
  2. The entrepreneur will refund the paid amount (including original shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed by the consumer.

Article 8 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following products:

  1. Products made according to the consumer’s specifications.
  2. Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  3. Products whose seal has been broken by the consumer, such as hygiene products.

Article 9 - The Price

  1. All prices on the website of Tanning Glamour include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
  2. Price changes due to tax changes or legal requirements may occur, but the consumer will be informed in advance.
  3. All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors.

Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty

  1. Tanning Glamour guarantees that delivered products comply with the agreement, reasonable standards of quality, the specifications listed on the website, and applicable legal provisions.
  2. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within 14 days after receipt in writing or via email to Tanning Glamour, clearly describing the issue.
  3. If a product is defective or damaged, Tanning Glamour will offer a solution in the form of:
    • A replacement product,
    • Or a refund, depending on the situation.
  4. The entrepreneur is not liable for defects resulting from improper use or careless handling by the consumer.
  5. The warranty is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty and does not cover damage caused by external factors such as misuse or improper maintenance.

Article 11 - Delivery and Execution

  1. The entrepreneur delivers products to the address provided by the consumer, provided the product is in stock.
  2. Orders placed before 15:00 are delivered the next working day, provided the product is in stock and payment has been received.
  3. The entrepreneur is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or force majeure.
  4. If a product is temporarily out of stock, the consumer will be informed and may cancel or choose an alternative.

Article 12 - Duration Transactions: Duration, Termination and Renewal

  1. If the agreement is concluded for a fixed period, it can be terminated by the consumer with due observance of the applicable notice period.
  2. The consumer may terminate an agreement of indefinite duration by written notice to the entrepreneur.

Article 13 - Payment

  1. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered on the website of Tanning Glamour (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  2. Tanning Glamour reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not successfully completed.

Article 14 - Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints about delivered products can be submitted in writing or via email within 14 days after receipt.
