Returning an order

You might want to return an order, for example, if you're not satisfied with the product or for some other reason. Don't worry, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

How does it work?

After canceling, you have another 30 days to return the product to us. We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, to your account. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

We ask that you return the product, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories supplied. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact us at support@tanningglamour.nl . We will ensure that the refund is credited to your account within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Please note: If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may deduct the reduced value from the refund. We therefore recommend that you handle the product with care and package it properly when returning it.
