Returning an order

It may happen that you want to return an order, for example, if you are not satisfied with the product or for another reason. No worries, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

How does it work?

After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product to us. We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, to your account. The costs for returning the product to us are your responsibility.

We ask you to return the product, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, along with all supplied accessories. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can easily contact us via support@tanningglamour.nl. We will ensure that the refunded amount is in your account within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Please note: If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may deduct the depreciation of the product from the amount to be refunded. We therefore advise you to handle the product with care and to package it well when returning it.
